As a courtesy to our patients, we can file your insurance. To be able to do this, we ask your assistance by providing a current address and accurate policy numbers. If problems arise between the patient and their insurance company, please make arrangements to pay for your medical care and contact your insurance company for reimbursement. We ask that you pay your co-pay and deductible the day of service. Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology will treat Nebraska and Kansas Medicaid patients, but ask that they present their Medicaid cards each time they visit. If you have a co-pay, or spend down policy, you will be asked to pay the services rendered the same day as it is provided. If your insurance carrier has a contractual agreement with Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology (such as Pioneer Health), charges will be sent directly to the insurance company.
We ask patients to pay in full for their first visit. If their insurance company pays directly to Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C., we will refund your payment. After insurance coverage has been established, we ask patients to pay 30% of the charges incurred with each visit.
